Austria retires first C-130
On Thursday 20 November 2025, the Austrian Air Force said goodbye to its first C-130, 8T-CA, after the former RAF Hercules made its last flight from home base Linz to the airbase of Wiener Neustadt.

Slovak Hinds resurface!
We recently came across new information regarding the fate of some Slovak Hinds. A small number of these, five to be exact, disappeared from view and many believed they had been delivered to Ukraine, along with a number of former Slovak Air Force Mi-2 and Mi-17 helicopters, in June of 2022.

To commemorate the 250th anniversary of the founding of the United States Marince Corps, an F/A-18D Hornet received a special paint scheme.
The aircraft, Bureau Number (BuNo) 164874, appropriately coded '250', belongs to Marine Fighter Attack Squadron 112 (VMFA-112), which is part of the 4th Marine Aircraft Wing.
